Here's Why A Creditor Has Launched A Lawsuit Against Arch Coal Inc Lenders

On September 17, an Arch Coal Inc (NYSE:ACI) creditor, GSO Special Situations Master Fund LP, filed a suit against a group of lenders, accusing them of using Arch Coal's credit agreement to block its "restructuring efforts", Reuters reported. GSO has asked for a restraining order against some of the senior lenders.
